Entrepreneurs’ Gala 2024 – An experiential gala atmosphere in Logomo
The Entrepreneurs’ Gala 2024 is the main event of the year for entrepreneurs in Southwest Finland, bringing together entrepreneurs to celebrate their success and reward the most deserving. This year, the gala was held at Logomo in Turku, and we at Kuja Media had the honour of implementing the technical solutions for the event from start to finish. More than 800 participants enjoyed an unforgettable evening of carefully planned and executed technology.
Comprehensive technical implementation
The technical implementation of the Entrepreneurs’ Gala was extensive and included several areas:
- Lighting: we created a spectacular lighting in the main hall of the Logomo, which created a dignified and festive atmosphere. More than 100 dimmable lights will illuminate the stage and audience areas perfectly.
- Video production: we implemented impressive LED video screens and multi-camera production that captured the events on stage and presented them to the audience in real time. Screen materials designed by Kuja complemented the visuals.
- Sound system: we were responsible for the sound system in the hall, ensuring that speeches, music and performances were clearly audible to all participants.
- Stage manager: the production manager of the alley ensured the smooth running of the event.
The visual appearance added to the festive atmosphere
The technical implementation of the Entrepreneur Gala 2024 also included an elegant hall decoration, where lighting, video walls and carefully selected visual elements created a coherent and impressive look. Every detail was designed to complement the valuable theme of the event.
