Purpose of use of personal data

Managing and developing customer relationships and cooperation, potential customers and other contacts, as well as communication and marketing.

Contents of the register

  1. Name and contact details of the companies (business and billing addresses, telephone numbers, website, business ID and other relevant information required for the management of the relationship).
  2. Names and contact details of contact persons (address, telephone number, e-mail address) and their title or position in the organisation

Data sources

The information is obtained from companies or contact persons in the register, websites and other public sources.

Disclosures of data

The data will not be disclosed to third parties for their own purposes. The data will also not be transferred outside the European Union or the European Economic Area. Kuja only discloses personal data for the purposes of project management, invoicing, sending electronic customer letters or other material to third party service providers whose services Kuja uses in its own business. In such cases, data protection is subject to contractual agreements.

Protection of the register

Kuja keeps the personal data in the register confidential. The register is not accessible via public networks. Computer networks and hardware are adequately protected, including by firewalls and passwords. Personal data is processed only by Kuja’s own staff and subcontractors/contractors and only in connection with Kuja’s business activities.

Rights of the data subject

The data subject has the right, among other things, to request access to his or her personal data, to request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data and to request the erasure of data. Any communication concerning these requests should be made in writing and signed to the address mentioned in point 1.
