The information has been obtained from registered companies or contact persons, websites and other public information sources.
Disclosures of information
Information will not be handed over to third parties for their own purposes. The data is also not transferred outside the European Union or the European Economic Area. Kuja hands over personal data only for project management, invoicing, sending electronic customer letters or other material to an external service provider whose services Kuja uses in its own business. In this case, data protection is agreed upon in contracts.
Registry protection
Kuja keeps the personal data in the register confidential. There is no access to the register via public networks. Data networks and equipment are properly protected with, for example, firewalls and passwords. Personal data is processed only by Kuja’s own staff and subcontractors/contract partners and only in connection with Kuja’s business.
Rights of the registrant
The registered person has the right, among other things, to request access to his/her personal data, to request the correction of incorrect and incomplete data, and to request the deletion of data. Contact regarding these requests must be made in writing and signed in section 1. to the mentioned address.
